Therefore, we process your information strictly in accordance with applicable legislation, specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and the Electronic Commerce Act (ECA).
Please review this declaration, in which we inform you about the most important aspects of the processing of your data by Cvetita Herbal Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “the Company”). This declaration explains the purposes, retention periods, and legal grounds on which we collect, process, store, use, delete, and protect your personal information, insofar as you have not given us explicit consent to do so.

What happens to your data after you contact us?

When you contact us via the form on our website or send us an email, we store your data for the period necessary to process your request and to respond to any follow-up questions. We do not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent.

Storage of Your Data

For the purpose of facilitating the ordering and purchasing process, as well as the subsequent performance of the contract with you, we store your IP address, name, address, email address, and payment method details, such as your credit card number.

The data you provide is required for us to fulfill our pre-contractual or contractual obligations to you. We do not provide this data to third parties, except to:

  • the payment service provider processing the payment (bank, PayPal, ePay);

  • the courier company delivering your purchase;

  • our accountant.

In the case of an incomplete order, we retain the entered data for 30 days and reserve the right to periodically inform you about its status and your available options.

Based on our legitimate interest to improve the user experience and to determine whether a technical issue has occurred, we reserve the right to contact you once via the phone number or email address you provided if you started but did not complete an order. This contact is solely intended to assist you, is limited in scope, and occurs within a short period after the interrupted order. You may object to such contact at any time by notifying us via the specified email.

For completed orders and fulfilled contracts, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR, we store all data related to the contractual relationship until the expiration of the 10-year retention period provided for in Article 12 of the Accounting Act.
