Consent declaration for the Privacy Policy of Cvetita Herbal EOOD

The protection of personal data and safeguarding the personal and financial information of our customers is of particular importance to us. We therefore process your information exclusively on the basis of the applicable legislation, specifically the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please read this declaration, in which we inform you of the most important aspects of how your data is processed by Cvetita Herbal EOOD (hereinafter "We" or "the Company"). Here we set out the key aspects of the processing of your data on our website, together with the retention periods and the legal grounds on which we collect, process, store, use, erase and protect your personal information, to the extent that you do not give us your express consent to do so.

What happens to your data after you contact us?

When you write to us through the form on our website or send us an email, we store your data for the period necessary to process your enquiry and to answer any follow-up questions. We will not share this information with third parties without your express consent!

Storage of your data

Please note that, in order to facilitate the ordering and purchasing process and the subsequent performance of the contract with you, we store your IP address as well as your name, address, email address and the details of the payment method used by you, for example your card number.

The data you provide is required for us to fulfil our pre-contractual or contractual obligations towards you. We do not disclose this data to third parties, with the exception of:

– the payment service provider processing the payment (bank, PayPal, ePay, Stripe),

– the courier company delivering your purchase,

– our accountant.

Where an order is not completed, we keep the data entered for it for 30 days and reserve the right to inform you periodically about its status and your options in that regard.
On the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the customer experience and establishing whether a technical problem has occurred, we reserve the right to contact you once on the telephone number or email address provided, in the event that you have started but not completed your order. This is done solely for the purpose of assisting you; such communication is limited to a reasonable extent and takes place shortly after the interrupted order. You have the right to object to such contact at any time by notifying us at the email address indicated.
Once an order has been completed and the contract performed by us on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the UK GDPR, we retain all data relating to the contractual relationship for the statutory retention period required by applicable accounting and tax legislation.
