We are a Bulgarian manufacturer of high-quality food supplements and vitamins, with many years of experience and thousands of satisfied customers.

PAYMENT

You can take advantage of the following options to pay for your order.

1. Cash on delivery – payment for orders placed in the online store is made in cash upon receipt of the shipment from the courier (where available).

2. Payment by credit or debit card – through the Stripe payment system, including Google Pay & Apple Pay options.

DELIVERY

Here you will find all the useful information about delivery and the services we offer.

Orders are processed and dispatched by our courier partners as follows:

  • If you are a new customer placing an order for the first time, a colleague will contact you by telephone to confirm the order.
  • Orders completed correctly are not confirmed by telephone.
  • Orders placed between 00:00 and 15:00 are processed and dispatched on the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 15:00 are processed and dispatched on the next working day.
  • Orders processed and dispatched on Friday will be delivered to the indicated delivery address on the first working day after the weekend.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 15:00 are processed and dispatched at the beginning of the following working week.
  • Orders are not processed and dispatched on non-working days and during national holidays. Orders placed during this period are fulfilled on the first working day thereafter.
  • For orders below the free-delivery threshold shown at checkout, the delivery charge is paid by the customer at the applicable courier rate.
  • For an order for a free product or a promotional product (participating in a specific campaign), the delivery cost will be borne by the recipient and calculated according to the courier's prices.
  • Free delivery on orders over the threshold shown at checkout!
