Chromium works on blood sugar. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels and to the normal metabolism of macronutrients.

Every number is spelled out — including the small ones. Magnesium (16 mg) and calcium (50 mg) in this formula are present in token amounts and therefore don't carry claims. We list them honestly in the ingredients with their real percentages, instead of promoting them.

💡 Fact #1 · B12 is the only vitamin with a metal
Vitamin B12 contains cobalt at the centre of its molecule — the only vitamin with a metal atom. That's why it's called cobalamin.

💡 Fact #2 · "Antioxidant" isn't a claim
In the EU, only seven substances have a recognised contribution to the protection of cells from oxidative stress: vitamin C, vitamin E, selenium, zinc, manganese, riboflavin and copper. Four of them are in this tablet.

💡 Fact #3 · Vitamin D isn't actually a vitamin
Your skin produces it itself from sunlight — technically, it's a hormone precursor, not a vitamin.
