This formula covers the first level - tone and base, with zinc, which contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. After 35-40, root of nettle is traditionally added for hormonal balance, along with adaptogens for resilience under exertion. Together, the three make up the TLZ Protocol 50.

Take 2 tablets daily with food:
1 tablet in the morning
1 tablet in the evening

Recommended duration of use:
For best results, take the product for up to 3 months (12 weeks).

After that, take a break of around 2 weeks, after which the course can be repeated.
